this is the fourth roadster from the German manufacturer to make its way to India after S1000R, K13000R and the R12000R. The motorcycle will be sold as a completely built up (CBU) through all BMW Motorrad dealerships.

BMW R nineT is powered by air cooled flat twin 1170cc boxer engine that produces 110bhp at 7550rpm and maximum torque of 119Nm at 6000rpm. This engine is mated to a 6 speed gearbox that transfers power to rear wheels via chain drive. BMW claims the fuel efficiency of the motorcycle at 22.kmpl and can reach a top speed of 200kmph.
BMW R nineT has designed the motorcycle keeping in café racer theme in mind. The tail section look very retro because  its overall design.
